Their priority is well crafted wines with a focus on textural complexity, balance, and food-friendliness.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nA white gold colour with gentle citrus highlights Freeman Prosecco displays a persistent fine dry, creamy effervescence and classic sherbet and pear aromas. Soft and yet sprightly on the palate with flavours of crunchy pear complemented by a smidge of creamy yeast complexity and delicate acidity, it refreshes to the very last sip. This delicate dry lightly effervescent wine brims with true Italian personality. Ripe grapes are gently pressed prior to the initial fermentation in stainless steel vats. A portion is barrel fermented and lees stirred to contribute both complexity and creamy texture to the wine prior to its secondary tank fermentation – known in Italy as the ‘Metodo Martinotti’. Minimal dosage prior to bottling under cork creates a vivacious style that mirrors its European origins.","brand":"Artisan Wines","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44966801408069,"sku":"FRE23PRO","price":32.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0727\/8644\/4357\/files\/09d115fb-freeman_prosecco.jpg?v=1777951259"},{"product_id":"champagne-deutz-brut-rose-nv","title":"Champagne Deutz Brut Rose NV","description":"A blend of the first Pinot Noir grands crus from the Montagne de Reims with a touch of Chardonnay (respectively about 90% - 10%). Its specific style and colour are the result of blending in about 8% of red wine produced from old vines on the hill of Aÿ, particularly from a plot known as “Meurtet”. The vines are very well sited and belong to Deutz. The red wine is made by our cellar-master. After almost three years ageing on its lees, the aromas have softened and harmonised, giving this Brut Rosé a particularly subtle nose, and a very interesting mixture of softness and freshness on the palate. This can be enjoyed as much as an aperitif as with a meal, where it would provide the perfect foil for salmon cooked with mushrooms, beef carpaccio, duck with red berry sauces, roast lamb chops or certain fresh and creamy cheese, such as Chaource or Brillat Savarin.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n ","brand":"Artisan Wines","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44966802325573,"sku":"CHDZROSE-C6","price":110.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0727\/8644\/4357\/files\/301d2584-rose_nv.jpg?v=1777951259"},{"product_id":"champagne-deutz-brut-vintage-1988","title":"Champagne Deutz Brut Vintage 1988","description":"","brand":"Artisan Wines","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":44966802456645,"sku":"CHDZ88BRMAG-C3","price":976.0,"currency_code":"AUD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0727\/8644\/4357\/files\/3e18f623-vintage_brut.jpg?v=1777951259"},{"product_id":"champagne-deutz-cuvee-william-deutz-millesime-2006","title":"Champagne Deutz Cuvee William Deutz Millésime 2006","description":"A cuvee named after the founder of the house, William Deutz.
