REFUND AND RETURNS

 

Artisan Wines will endeavour to resolve any issues in regards to Refunds and Returns for orders of new bottles of wine within Australia, with either exchange / replacement of bottles or with a 100% money back guarantee. This covers both defective and non-defective goods. In certain exceptional circumstances, we will reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds. This will be at our discretion.

 

As our customer – you will have up to 14 days, from the time that your order was originally placed, to apply for a refund or an exchange. We will endeavour to process your request within 3 days of receiving any returned stock.

 

It is ultimately your responsibility, as our customer, to cover the cost of freight and arrange any labels, for all returned goods. We do not charge any additional re-stocking fee.

 

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time and / or refuse the sale of a product.
