DELIVERIES
You may order any mix of products you wish. (Unit prices apply when selecting your own mixed dozen of wine)
Any deliveries requiring redelivery, or a redirection from an address provided by yourself to a new address provided by the recipient, will incur an additional charge.
Artisan Wines reserve the right to request further information such as photo ID and credit card information for validation of age, identity and address for security and delivery purposes. Failure to comply with requests for further information may result in cancellation of the order in question.
PRICING POLICY
Transactions via the Artisan Wines online store are carried out in Australian dollars ($AUD) and processed through an online banking system.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery costs vary depending on your location. Please refer to Freight Charges page for more information. We only deliver within Australia.
NORTHERN TERRITORY DRY AREA RESTRICTIONS
Due to Northern Territory liquor legislation, we are unable to deliver alcohol to designated dry areas or restricted communities.
While our website is unable to automatically identify all restricted postcodes during checkout, orders destined for dry areas will be reviewed prior to dispatch. If an order cannot legally be delivered, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address where possible or provide a full refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that alcohol can legally be delivered to the nominated delivery address.
REMOTE DELIVERY AREAS
Our standard shipping rates apply to most metropolitan and regional locations throughout Australia. Deliveries to remote or isolated areas, including parts of Far North Queensland, may incur additional freight charges. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch to discuss the available options. You may choose to proceed with the additional freight charge or cancel your order for a full refund.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Artisan Wines reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where delivery would breach applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory laws or licensing requirements. In these circumstances, customers will be contacted as soon as possible and, where appropriate, a full refund will be issued.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Alcohol must not be purchased on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.
Deliveries may require proof of age and a signature upon receipt. If suitable proof of age cannot be provided, or if delivery would otherwise breach responsible service of alcohol requirements, the order may not be delivered
