CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

Artisan Wines is committed to excellent customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all wines listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.

 

RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Alcohol must not be purchased on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

Deliveries may require proof of age and a signature upon receipt. If suitable proof of age cannot be provided, or if delivery would otherwise breach responsible service of alcohol requirements, the order may not be delivered.

 

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

Artisan Wines reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where delivery would breach applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory laws or licensing requirements. In these circumstances, customers will be contacted as soon as possible and, where appropriate, a full refund will be issued.
