Domaine Chevrot et Fils Bourgogne Aligoté 'Cuvée des Quatre' 2021

Located in the Maranges region at the southern entrance to the Côte de Beaune, Domaine Chevrot has been growing vines since 1830, with the estate founded by the grandparents of current winemaking brothers Pablo and Vincent in 1936. The brothers converted the vineyards to certified organic viticulture, and never add enzymes, acidify or chaptalise — the goal is always a wine that reflects its terroir and vintage. Some vineyards are worked by horse to minimise soil compaction, and the average vine age across the eighteen-hectare estate is thirty years.

'Cuvée des Quatre Terroirs' blends fruit from four distinct sites across the estate's Bourgogne Aligoté holdings.
