Domaine de Souch Jurançon Sec 2016 is a beautifully expressive dry white wine from the foothills of the Atlantic Pyrenees in South West France. Produced by the highly regarded Domaine de Souch, this biodynamic wine showcases the unique character of Jurançon through a blend of Petit Manseng, Gros Manseng and Courbu grown on steep, south-facing slopes overlooking the Pyrenees and the iconic Pic du Midi d'Ossau.

Founded by Yvonne Hegoburu, one of Jurançon's pioneering biodynamic growers, Domaine de Souch has been farmed according to biodynamic principles since 1994. The estate's 6.5 hectares of vineyards are cultivated without chemical treatments, allowing the terroir of clay, limestone and distinctive puddingstone soils known as "Poudingue" to shine through in every bottle.

Tasting Notes
Fresh and complex, this dry white combines the vibrant acidity of Gros Manseng, the exotic fruit character of Petit Manseng and the delicate aromatic lift of Courbu. Expect layers of citrus, white stone fruit, tropical nuances and floral notes supported by bright minerality, textured richness and a long, refreshing finish.
