Produced only in outstanding vintages, the Réserve de la Cave range represents the pinnacle of Woodlands' winemaking, showcasing fruit from vineyard plantings dating between 1975 and 1977.

Crafted with a simple, hands-on approach, the fruit is hand-picked, destemmed and meticulously hand-sorted before fermentation in a small open fermenter. Following fermentation, the wine is matured for 15 months in new French oak, enhancing complexity, structure and long-term cellaring potential while preserving the character of this remarkable vineyard site.
