Hayes Family GSM Regional Series 2022

A blend of old-vine Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro, grown across the Northern Barossa parishes of Ebenezer and Koonunga, and from Williamstown in the south of the valley. Matured for 9 months in large-format, seasoned French oak before bottling.

This is a classic Barossa blend that carries all the hallmarks of old vines in a special season. Grenache brings the bright red fruit, Shiraz adds mid-palate weight and richness, and Mataro rounds it out with a savoury backbone and a moreish finish. It's drinking beautifully now and will continue to do so for years to come — a genuine wine for all occasions
