Crafted from five special rows of vines overlooking one of the most spectacular sunrise views on the estate, the Five Rows Rosé 2023 is a vibrant cool-climate rosé that captures the elegance and freshness of the Orange wine region. Made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, it is bright, savoury and effortlessly food-friendly.

Pale salmon in colour, this rosé opens with inviting aromas of summer berries, fresh melon and delicate floral notes. The palate is fresh and lively, balancing juicy red fruit with a subtle creaminess and a refreshing savoury edge. Fine tannins and crisp acidity provide structure, leading to a clean, dry finish that keeps you coming back for another sip.

Harvested from a cool 2023 vintage in Orange, the fruit was gently pressed with minimal skin contact to preserve purity and freshness. Fermented to dryness and bottled young, the wine retains its vibrant aromatics and bright character.
