Filipa Pato and William Wouters create authentic wines without additions, expressing the true nature of the vineyards they come from. The focus is on indigenous grapes only — Baga, Bical, Arinto, Cercial and Maria Gomes — grown on unique sites shaped by Bairrada's limestone terraces, sandy clay soils and strong Atlantic influence, farmed with biodynamic practices and handled with minimal intervention in the winery.
