The cooler 2021 vintage gives this wine real lift and brightness on the nose — dark fruit laced with a savoury touch of black olive and bay leaf. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, rounded out with small parts Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, it carries itself with effortless elegance. On the palate, the fruit is beautifully knit together with well-judged oak, while fine, silky tannins give the wine its shape and structure.
