L’Eclat is draped in a unique pale and vibrant pink.
L’Éclat is a rosé made entirely from the Grolleau grape variety.
After two sortings, the grapes are directly pressed then begin their vinification in amphorae. A light batonnage is carried out on the lees to extract the fruit and more roundness. Its vinification and aging are exclusively done in sandstone amphorae.
