Not only is this Alsace pinot gris properly dry, it has wonderful freshness and clarity. which make it a winner. And behind this is very pronounced, chalky minerality that provides excellent grip at the long, crisp finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Not an overt style, as will scare many away from Alsace, or perhaps draw you in.
Peach and pear scents, cinnamon spice, some wet hay whiffs and oatmeal too. Rich and slippery in the palate but has a fresh and crisp mid palate and finish, it delivers the overtness and washes it away with a flourish. If you’re hankering for a classic, this does the balance agenda of the variety well.
