Crystal clear. Light lemon yellow with a green tinge. Quite forceful aromas giving an opulent first impression. Green apple, pear, white flower, fennel leaves, and a mineralic tone reminiscent of seashells. Smooth and gentle on the palate, dry, with flavours consistent with aromas, well-integrated tendering acidity, all giving a coherent whole.

An elegant and zesty citrus nose with a touch of pineapple sorbet. Intensity of mouthfeel, bursting with jasmin flowers, lime, grapefruit and green tea. This is a wine with substance and personality, confidently textured from the lees contact, with a pleasurable persistent fresh finish.

Grace Koshu 2021 – 93 / 100 Points

A little struck match, green pear and skin, raw almond. Green pear, slight lemon peel bitterness, cool acidity, a savoury element, and a skinsy finish of good length. Nice. Alcohol: 12%.
